Position Overview:
Fluid Recovery Technician As a Fluid Recovery Technician at Fenix Parts, you will be responsible for safely draining fluids and recovering valuable and/or reusable components from scrap autos. Your role is crucial in ensuring that automobiles are safe for customer access and prepared for the salvage yard.
Key Responsibilities:
Fluid Recovery:
Safely drain fluids and recover valuable components from scrap autos.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure that automobiles are safe for customer access.
Component Removal:
Remove all fluids, lubricants, and valuable components as required.
Preparation:
Prepare automobiles to be placed in the salvage yard.
Work Area Maintenance:
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Documentation:
Complete paperwork as required.

Requirements:
Skills:
Demonstrate mechanical abilities. Ability to use basic tools. Strong attention to detail and safety.
Physical Ability:
Ability to stand for long periods, walk, push, pull, bend, climb, and lift up to 75 pounds regularly. Ability to tolerate high and low temperature levels associated with outdoor working conditions.
