Job Description
Job Overview A Bucket Truck Operator at a residential tree company is responsible for safely operating an aerial lift (bucket truck) to access high branches and remove trees, trim, or prune them. They also operate other equipment like chainsaws, pruners, and chippers, and may assist with tree climbing(if able). They work in residential areas, often clearing trees around power lines or for general tree care. Experience Is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent Experience in tree care or related field(1year or more) Ability to operate and maintain equipment Strong commitment to safety Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
