Job Description
Job Summary Tree climbers and ground help wanted. Established tree care company looking for climbers, bucket truck operators, truck drivers and ground help. One week paid vacation after one year of employment. We are a Sand Springs based tree care company that has been in business for over 30 years. Must have a valid drivers license dependable transportation and a good attitude. Starting pay for ground help/drivers is $18 per hour. Starting pay for climbers is negotiable based on experience. Full and part time positions available for climbers and ground help. Responsibilities Safely climb trees using appropriate rigging techniques and equipment to perform pruning, trimming, or removal tasks. Operate bucket trucks and other machinery to access elevated work areas efficiently and securely. Assist with rigging and dismantling of trees or branches, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Support ground crew with general site cleanup. Use chainsaws and other tools to cut branches or trees while adhering to safety standards. Help with plant pruning care, tree trimming, and overall tree health assessments based on dendrology knowledge. Maintain equipment such as bucket trucks, saws and other tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for daily use.
