What they do

A Tree Climber or Trimmer trims and prunes trees. Clears away excess branches near utility lines or over roads or sidewalks. Prunes dead or diseased tree limbs to improve the appearance and health of the tree. Uses rigging equipment and may work from a truck powered lift; uses chain saws and other power equipment.

You must have a positive attitude, be ready to work hard, and have excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills. You must be willing to grow as an arborist and assist in the collective development of your coworkers. Punctuality required. You'll collaborate with and learn from experienced arborists, tackle challenging projects, and much more.

Qualifications:
2-3 years tree climbing experience ISA certification preferred Bucket truck experience preferred
Primary Job Duties:
Safely climb trees with the ability to rig down limbs or tree parts without damaging property Direct communication with clientele Provide supervision and guidance to less experience crew members Safely operate large trucks and tow behind trailers Work performed in accordance with current ANSI standards If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear more about you!
