Dave & Son Tree and Land Management is looking for an experienced Tree Cutter / Crew Member to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual with experience in tree removal and land management who is comfortable working as part of a crew in a physically demanding outdoor environment. is preferred Previous tree cutting/removal experience Climbing experience is a plus Experience operating cranes, wheeled loaders, and stump grinders is a plus Ability to safely operate equipment and use chainsaws Ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions Dependable, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a team or independently as needed Strong focus on safety and quality workmanship Must be willing to work 40+ hours per week Must be drug-free What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience 40+ hours per week Full-time payroll position Paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) up to 40 hours a year after 30 day probation period Opportunity for continued growth within the company Experience matters, but we are also looking for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work.
