A Tree Climber or Trimmer trims and prunes trees. Clears away excess branches near utility lines or over roads or sidewalks. Prunes dead or diseased tree limbs to improve the appearance and health of the tree. Uses rigging equipment and may work from a truck powered lift; uses chain saws and other power equipment.

Shows basic knowledge and ability to perform plumbing and electrical. Shows some knowledge of codes and standards relating to healthcare. Show ability to perform work orders and PMs and take care of compliance issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education High school or equivalent Minimum Work Experience 6 months experience Required Licenses/Certifications Driver's License perferred Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities Hand and power tools May be exposed to all types of weather conditions May be exposed to risk of diseases May be exposed to electrical; mechanical power equipment Works in precarious or high locations (ladders; scaffolding; etc) Occasionally subject to irregular hours Involved with neonates; infants; adolescents; adults; and geriatric patients Handles emergency or crisis situations Some computer skills Could work alone (shift work)
