Responsibilities Lead a professional tree crew safely and efficiently from start to finish. Conduct daily job briefings and hazard assessments. Plan and execute tree removals, pruning, rigging, and crane-assisted operations. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Communicate professionally with customers throughout each project. Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe operation. Train, mentor, and develop crew members. Represent Priority Tree Service with professionalism on every job site. Qualifications Previous experience leading a professional tree crew. Strong climbing, rigging, pruning, and removal experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong commitment to safe work practices. Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred).
