Priority Tree Service LLC Lead a Crew. Set the Standard. Priority Tree Service is a growing, family-owned tree service company serving Southwest Washington. We're looking for an experienced Crew Foreman who takes pride in leading people, producing quality work, and setting the standard for professionalism and safety. This is an opportunity to help build a company, not simply fill a position. Responsibilities Lead a professional tree crew safely and efficiently from start to finish. Conduct daily job briefings and hazard assessments. Plan and execute tree removals, pruning, rigging, and crane-assisted operations. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Communicate professionally with customers throughout each project. Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe operation. Train, mentor, and develop crew members. Represent Priority Tree Service with professionalism on every job site. Qualifications Previous experience leading a professional tree crew. Strong climbing, rigging, pruning, and removal experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong commitment to safe work practices. Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred). ISA Certified Arborist certification is a plus but not required. Who Will Thrive Here This position is a great fit for someone who: Takes pride in leading a professional crew.
