This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with tree care and removal experience who enjoy working outdoors, operating specialized equipment, and being part of a highly skilled, safety-focused crew. If you have experience with aerial lift equipment and tree removal operations, we want to talk with you. What You'll Do As a Tree Crew Member , you will support residential, commercial, and municipal tree care projects, including tree removals, pruning, storm cleanup, and site restoration.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform tree removals and pruning operations safely and efficiently. Operate and assist with rigging, lowering, and ground support activities. Safely operate chainsaws, chippers, and other tree care equipment. Assist climbers and aerial lift operators during tree work. Conduct job site setup, cleanup, and debris removal. Follow company safety standards and industry best practices. Work effectively as part of a professional tree care team. Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized. Required Experience Qualified candidates should have experience operating one or more of the following: ✅ Bucket Climber ✅ Tree Bucket Truck ✅ Bucket Lift ✅ Spider Lift ✅
Boom Truck Additional Qualifications:
Previous experience in tree care, arboriculture, forestry, vegetation management, landscaping, utility line clearance, or related outdoor industries. Experience with tree removals, pruning, rigging, and ground operations. Ability to safely operate chainsaws, wood chippers, and related equipment. Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work well with others and follow direction.
