Agriculture Operator

As an Agriculture Operator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the health of crops while maintaining the efficiency of our equipment. Duties Operate heavy machinery such as sprayers, spreaders, forklifts, loaders, and fertilizer trucks Assist with duties including spraying/spreading soybeans, corn, and wheat Conduct equipment repairs and maintenance using hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal operation Assist other team members during the day to day tasks to ensure tasks are completed efficiently Perform routine inspections on equipment and assist in any repairs or preparation needed Requirements Proven leadership skills in an agricultural or farm setting Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing machinery or equipment repair skills Ability to operate heavy equipment including sprayers, spreaders, forklifts, tractors, and other farm machinery safely and effectively Familiarity with agriculutre chemicals and fertilizer Knowledge of welding, power tools, and general maintenance procedures Physical stamina for heavy lifting, long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions, and operating heavy equipment safely Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Join us in a thriving agricultural environment where your skills make a real impact!
