Iowa , Larrabee Job Description We're seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team in a Grain & Agronomy Operations role. This hands-on position supports daily operations across grain handling, agronomy services, and general facility maintenance. Room to advance your career!!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with loading/unloading grain and agronomy products Operate and maintain equipment such as augers, conveyors, and loaders Perform general facility and equipment maintenance Support custom application crews during busy seasons Maintain a clean and safe work environment Help with inventory and record keeping as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in grain or agronomy operations preferred CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active role Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in agriculture with a company that values hard work and offers long-term advancement potential.
