Agronomy Sales Manager

Gpac is has partnerred with a highly profitable agricultural company looking to add an Agronomy Sales Manager . This position is responsible for the daily performance and training of Agronomy employees. Agronomy Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities Lead agronomy sales efforts including sales and precision ag training and developing a consistent sales message for fertilizer and chemical to promote to customers. Solicit large grower accounts and delegate the relationship to sales staff. Develop and communicate individual sales and service objectives with the Agronomy personnel. Identify potential business opportunities or projects Establish sales goals and assign customers and prospects to sales personnel. Provide support by assisting with on-farm calls and hands on sales training. Agronomy Sales Manager Requirements Degree in related field and 5 years of experience in agronomy sales. Familiarity with agricultural products, crop production cycles, and input management (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, etc.). Experience in a leadership role managing sales teams or agronomy staff. Strong ability to negotiate deals, manage client relationships, and drive sales performance.

Valid Driver's License Comp:
