Director of HR & Accounting Travel:

We are looking for a strong "right-hand" team member — someone who wants to grow, take ownership, and become deeply involved in both accounting operations and employee support functions across the company. What You'll Do Accounting & Financial Support Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and confidentially Assist with payroll questions and employee support Manage accounts payable and vendor payments Complete bank reconciliations in QuickBooks Online Balance weekly wholesale warehouse statements Assist with department budget tracking and reporting Maintain organized accounting records and files Support month-end and year-end accounting processes Cross-train in multiple accounting functions to ensure operational continuity HR & Benefits Support Assist employees with payroll, benefits, and HR-related questions Help coordinate employee benefits and open enrollment processes Attend and assist with insurance and 401(k) enrollment meetings at store locations Help maintain employee records and HR documentation Support hiring, onboarding, and employee communication efforts Assist with maintaining compliance and confidentiality standards Operations & Team Support Be willing to learn all facets of the HR and Accounting department Provide backup support for critical business operations when needed Travel occasionally to various store locations Jump in and help wherever needed Work closely with leadership to improve processes and keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Required Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Strong communication and people skills Comfortable learning new systems and processes Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented Proficient with Microsoft Excel and computer systems Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software preferred Payroll, bookkeeping, HR, or benefits experience preferred Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionallyThe Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who:
