AI Project Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

The Intersect Group is seeking a Project Manager to support enterprise AI and technology initiatives in a fast paced, evolving delivery environment. This role focuses on advancing objectives, coordinating dependencies, and improving visibility across a multifaceted program where AI adoption is accelerating. In this role, you will provide structure and coordination across business and technology teams, support hybrid planning and fast tracked delivery, and surface risks and mitigations early. You will play a key role in improving alignment, execution, and transparency as operating models and governance continue to mature.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support end to end delivery of AI and technology initiatives from initiation through implementation
• Coordinate objectives, dependencies, milestones, and decision points across cross functional teams
• Develop and maintain hybrid project plans with structured timelines and iterative delivery cadences
• Monitor progress, surface risks early, and recommend mitigation strategies to protect key milestones
• Drive cross functional communication and alignment across business, technology, data, security, and PMO teams
• Use AI based toolsets to automate integrated plans, status updates, and program artifacts
• Maintain accurate reporting, action tracking, and transparency to support informed decision making

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing enterprise technology, AI, or digital transformation projects
• Hands on experience managing projects from initiation through delivery using hybrid methodologies
• Strong ability to build and maintain project plans, milestones, resource views, and delivery rhythms
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
• Working knowledge of AI tools and their application to project planning, tracking, and transparency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority
• Change management awareness and adaptability in evolving delivery and governance environments
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable operating in fast paced settings

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• PMP certification
• Agile or change management certifications such as Scrum Master or SAFe
• Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption initiatives
