in the area of SAP Finance and/or Controlling Evaluation of business requirements, identification of relevant SAP capabilities and best practices Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members Sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities Requirements 10+ years of core

SAP FICO

consulting experience. Good core SAP R2R experience. Prior experience in a top-tier consulting environment (preferred). Minimum 3-5 full-cycle implementations as a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect. Deep expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling processes, including integration with

SD/MM/PP.

Hands-on experience with

SAP S/4HANA

Finance. Strong command over financial regulations, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and cost management processes. Proven ability to lead teams, manage large client engagements, and drive enterprise-level transformations. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and consulting skills.

SAP certification:

FI, CO, or S/4HANA Finance. Experience in multi-country rollouts or global template design. Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
