FULL-TIME, IN-PERSON

position. We are NOT looking for remote applicants. We want someone who can be part of our daily operations, team culture, customer communication, and brand growth inside the company. This is NOT a traditional office position. This role is designed to be an equal combination of: Office/customer communication responsibilities AI-powered social media and content creation Both sides of this role are equally important. We are specifically looking for someone with PROVEN experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and creating social media content that helps grow businesses and brands online. AI is a HUGE part of this position. We want someone who stays ahead of trends, understands content creation, and knows how to use AI to create better marketing, videos, social media posts, blogs, captions, ideas, and branding strategies. What You'll Be Doing:

Answer incoming customer calls and schedule appointments Coordinate scheduling with customers and technicians throughout the day Help provide outstanding customer communication and support Create daily social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Use AI tools daily to help create content, captions, blogs, marketing ideas, and campaigns Help our company stay ahead with modern AI-driven marketing strategies Film videos, take photos, and create engaging behind-the-scenes content Be comfortable getting in front of the camera at times to help showcase our company, projects, team culture, and brand Help grow and build the Paradise Garage Doors brand online

PROVEN AI & SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Applicants MUST have hands-on experience using AI tools such as: AI video/content generators AI marketing tools AI social media tools Other modern AI platforms Applicants MUST provide: References Examples of social media pages managed Examples of content created Examples of AI-generated marketing/content work We are looking for someone who truly understands social media and how to use AI efficiently to create content, improve productivity, generate ideas, and help grow a business online.

Requirements:

MUST have experience with customer service and phone communication MUST have social media content creation experience Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude with strong energy Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Comfortable being on camera for social media content Reliable, motivated, creative, and growth-minded Video editing experience Graphic design experience Customer service experience
