Air Logistics Export Gateway Operations Supervisor

In this position, you will oversee end-to-end shipment processes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive operational excellence across the gateway. How you create impact Oversee daily air export gateway operations for assigned key account customers Act as the main liaison between branch offices, airlines, vendors, and internal teams Manage end-to-end shipment execution, including bookings, documentation, and consolidations Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely airport delivery Track and trace shipments while proactively resolving service disruptions Maintain high levels of data accuracy, reporting, and operational compliance Ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and quality standards (e.g., GxP/GDP) Monitor KPIs and drive performance aligned with business objectives Support pricing activities, including customer quotations and bids Lead onboarding and implementation of new business in coordination with stakeholders Manage customer accounts through booking, execution, issue resolution, and billing Act as escalation point for operational risks and ensure timely resolution Supervise daily workload, coordinate team activities, and support overall operations continuity Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams What we would like you to bring 3+ years of experience in Air Logistics, freight forwarding, or gateway operations Solid knowledge of export processes, documentation, and air freight operations Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and work in fast-paced environments Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office) with strong analytical and organizational abilities This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
