Airbnb Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a Property Caretaker to join our team at the Flower Pot! As a Caretaker you are responsible for guest first impressions and help make a stay at the Flower Pot extra special for guests. The ideal candidate is meticulous with details, maintains a strong sense of communication, isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and able/willing to follow a checklist for 5-star turnovers every single time. The Flower Pot is a one of a kind property and recently recognized as the most wish-listed property in Idaho on Airbnb. Your contribution to making guest experiences great really matters! MUST be available during from 11:30-2 PM for turnovers. A typical turnover takes approximately 2 hours and there are 2-5 turnovers per week. Pay is per turnover. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming. Maintain cleanliness in kitchens, dining area, bathroom and bedroom. Leaving out gifts for guests as needed. Excellent communication skills and ability to take and report inventory levels on a regular basis. Maintaining outdoor spaces (rooftop patio, fire pit area, outdoor dining, shoveling snow in the winter) Report any maintenance issues. Occasional errands if we are out of supplies. Laundry will need to be done off-site. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. (going up and down stairs is a requirement) Ability to do laundry off-site. Strong communication skills Flexible schedule as check in/check out varies each week (with some last minute bookings)
