Airbnb Cleaner - Independent Contractor

Local and growing cleaning service looking for an experienced cleaner to focus primarily on our Airbnb properties. At this time, we have airbnb properties in the following areas : West Milford, Greenwood Lake, Vernon & Wantage. Why work with us? Flexible Schedule

• Accept or decline jobs based on your availability. Paid Same Day
• Get paid after each completed job Competitive Pay
• Average pay is between $75 and $115 per job. Typical Hourly Equivalent is $28
• $30+ per hour. We offer all details of each home and the pay of each job, prior to your acceptance of the job. We Handle the Backend
• All client communication, scheduling, and invoicing is managed for you

Requirements:

Have some professional cleaning experience (with real paying clients) Must be able to follow cleaning checklists.

Responsibilities:

Arrive on time to scheduled jobs. Work independently and efficiently without supervision Perform high-quality cleanings, including: Kitchens (counters, appliances, inside refrigerator / oven when required) Bathrooms (toilets, showers, tile, glass doors, hard water and limescale removal) Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping & mopping Maintain strong attention to detail (corners, edges, baseboards, under furniture, etc.) Proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
