This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic aviation and tourism environment while providing guests with an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. As a member of our ground crew team, you will work closely with customers and flight operations daily, helping ensure safe, efficient, and professional tour operations around our helicopters and airport facilities.

What You'll Do:

Welcome and assist guests throughout their tour experience Provide pre-flight safety briefings in a professional and friendly manner Escort passengers safely to and from the flight line Assist with loading and unloading passengers from aircraft Operate company shuttle vans (under 14 passengers) and golf carts Maintain a strong focus on safety and customer service at all times Support daily operational needs as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented individuals Strong communication and customer service skills Safety-conscious with good situational awareness Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day Ability to climb ladders and lift items regularly Valid driver's license required Reliable personal transportation required Ability to obtain an airport security badge Must pass airport administered background check and pre-employment drug screening

Compensation & Schedule:
