Job Description

C&L Aviation Group is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Aircraft Maintenance Production Manager. This candidate will be responsible for overall production activities related to aircraft maintenance and acts as the primary point of contact for customers dealing with the repair station. Job Responsibilities Oversee production activities in the MRO hangar through utilization and coordination with lead technicians Coordinates work between other shops within the repair station Ensures leads and technicians are following procedures within the repair station manual Works directly with the Quoting and Planning Managers on aircraft projects Oversee projects to ensure profitability and timely completion Acting as a liaison between customers or customer's representatives and the repair station Participates in management team activities including employment, AS9100, AS9110 of continuous improvement Provide leadership through coaching of leads and technicians by providing line of sight of company's vision Oversees flow of maintenance in assigned area, including technician efficiency, parts ordering and timely completion Relaying customer information to facility managers and QC personnel Will report directly to Director of Maintenance Job Requirements Previous experience in commercial aircraft maintenance in a management/technician role Regional aircraft experience at a technician/management level Airframe & Powerplant license is required Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Minimum typing speed of 35+ WPM Excellent communication skills Must comply with the
