AIRCRAFT OVERHAUL & REPAIR SUPERVISORY

Position Description You will serve as a Aircraft Overhaul & Repair Supervisor in the MRO Production Department of

FLTREADCEN EAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities You will provide direction to all Production Shop members and to other personnel directly assigned or identified to support the assigned product line. You will assign work based on priorities, consideration of the difficulty and requirements of the assignments and the capabilities of the employees. You will work closely with the Production Branch Head, Production Control Managers and MRO Logistics' Planning and Estimators to ensure processes are in place for workload prioritization and scheduling. You will make recommendations to Production Branch Head as appropriate concerning numbers of resources, overtime and other logistical support requirements. You will establish goals and develop broad plans to review production processes and develop improvement initiatives. You will serve as the first level supervisor for the Production Shop.
