Pay:
Up to $28.00 per hour If you're transitioning from military service or recently finished an FAA-approved A&P program, this role puts you shoulder-to-shoulder with seasoned technicians in a safety-first hangar. You'll build real-world skills maintaining and repairing aircraft while learning proven best practices. A Day in the Life Begin with a safety brief and review work orders and technical data. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on aircraft and their systems. Assist in diagnosing mechanical and electrical discrepancies using manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools. Document all work in maintenance logs with complete, accurate records. Use hand tools, power tools, and calibrated test equipment to execute tasks to spec. Partner with senior mechanics on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to keep aircraft mission-ready. Adhere to FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and internal quality and safety standards at all times. What You Bring Military aviation maintenance background or graduation from an FAA-approved A&P program A&P License preferred (or currently in progress) Working knowledge of aircraft systems: hydraulics, electrical, engines, and structures Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and wiring diagrams Meticulous attention to detail and a strong safety mindset Motivation to learn, take feedback, and grow into increased responsibility Order Selector Schedule Monday through Friday
