AIRLINE AGENT / PORTER

As Porter:

Escort wheelchair-bound passengers safely to and from aircraft gates.

Assist with baggage handling and related ground support tasks.

RequirementsCertification, experience, or training in related fields is an asset.

Prior experience with aviation ground handling, especially check-in services for Delta, JetBlue, or British Airways, is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Strong communication and comprehension skills (oral, written, and math).Ability to follow instructions, company policies, and standard procedures.

Willingness to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and during emergencies (e.g. hurricanes).High reliability and a solid record of punctuality and attendance.

Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office; experience with airline software systems is a plus.

Calm under pressure, with the ability to de-escalate situations and solve problems tactfully.

Goal-driven, able to multitask and meet strict deadlines while providing constructive feedback.

Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, dust, noise, etc.).Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

A valid driver's license with a clean record is an asset.

Must meet all regulatory requirements and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Compensation & BenefitsHourly Rate:

CI$6.00 - CI$8.00 (based on qualifications and experience)
