This position plays a key role in supporting our passengers, charter customers, and flight crews while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy customer service, staying organized, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Schedule passenger and charter flights Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries Provide excellent customer service to passengers and clients Process reservations, payments, and excess baggage fees Assist with passenger check-in and boarding as needed Coordinate information between customers, pilots, and ground personnel Maintain accurate records and reservation information Assist with flight following and operational support Support pilots with weather, runway, and flight planning information as directed Perform general administrative and office duties Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Aviation, reservations, dispatch, tourism, or customer service experience is preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Unique experience working in Alaska aviation Supportive team environment Every day is different
