Job Description

We at Fido are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inspector who can do light cleaning as well in Anchorage, AK for property inspection (with
LIGHT CLEANING
) ASAP.
Responsibilities:
Pick up keys from the leasing office Conduct thorough unit inspections and walkthroughs (checklist provided) Check overall cleanliness, condition, and functionality of the unit Report findings with clear notes and photos Ensure the property is guest-ready Conducts light cleaning/Touch up of the property
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Good communication skills Ability to follow instructions independently Experience in property inspections, housekeeping, maintenance, or hospitality is a plus
