Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests during the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in hotel operations and guest relations. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, managing financial transactions, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with guest services, including recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Collaborate with hotel management to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics for management review. Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality experiences.
