Airport Shuttle Driver

About Us Doug Fox Parking is one of SeaTac Airport's most established and trusted off-airport parking providers. We deliver safe, reliable parking and shuttle service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are seeking dependable Shuttle Driver who will take pride in safe driving, great customer service, and supporting smooth daily operations. Position Overview The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting customers safely and efficiently between our parking lot and SeaTac Airport. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive customer experience by providing timely pickups, professional service by assisting customers on and off the shuttle, and safe vehicle operation. This position supports daily operations at a single parking location.

Schedule:

PM shift (Monday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday) 12pm-6pm Monday and Sunday, 6pm-12am Thursday and Saturday.

Pay Range:

$20-21 DOE Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 15-passenger shuttle bus to and from SeaTac Airport Follow established shuttle routes, rotation procedures, and radio protocols Pick up and drop off customers promptly without unnecessary delays Greet customers professionally and assist with loading and unloading luggage Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure vehicles are fueled with propane/gas, clean, stocked, and ready for service Communicate clearly and professionally using the company radio Follow all company driving policies and safety standards Accurately complete required driver reports and paperwork Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to questions Report vehicle issues, incidents, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 years of professional driving experience (shuttle, routed, or point-to-point transportation) operating vehicles with a GVWR of 10,000 lbs. or greater At least 1-2 years of customer service experience Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to successfully pass a road test in a shuttle vehicle Strong attendance record and proven reliability Ability to work assigned PM schedule, including evenings Comfortable operating a 15-passenger shuttle bus Preferred Qualifications Experience in airport, transportation, or parking operations Familiarity with ADA-equipped vehicles Basic knowledge of vehicle inspections and fueling procedures What We Offer Competitive pay with potential bonuses Medical and dental benefits Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for advancement within the company Stable, long-term employment with a well-established local company Why Join Doug Fox Parking?
