Landscape Installation Contractor

We value versatility, integrity, and strong work ethic. We are currently seeking a skilled Landscape Installation Contractor (1099 Filing) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute landscape construction tasks as assigned Perform skilled labor including: Concrete and masonry work Paver and flagstone installation (mortar set experience a plus) Planting and landscape bed preparation Fence and deck installation Basic irrigation installation (bonus skill) Operate and maintain heavy machinery safely and efficiently Communicate project progress and needs to Foreman or Owner Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Ensure high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision

Requirements:

2+ years experience in landscape construction or related trades Skilled in concrete, paver/flagstone install, fence and plant installation Ability to operate skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment Strong understanding of job site safety and efficiency Capable of working independently and problem-solving in the field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must provide proof of liability insurance (or obtain prior to start) Irrigation and skilled carpentry experience a bonus

Contract Details:

Independent contractor (1099) role Competitive pay based on experience (hourly or per project) Flexible, project-based scheduling
