Minimum / Preferred

Qualifications Senior or Master rated Aviator. At least fifteen years of flight/combat experience. Attack/reconnaissance aviation operational experience strongly preferred. Experience developing graduate-level white papers, concept papers, and requirements documents. Experience with Joint, Service, JUONS, and nonstandard requirements methodologies preferred. Expected Products / Work Outputs Attack/reconnaissance aircraft requirements and capability assessment products.
