What they do
A Military Specialist operates and maintains vehicles and mechanical equipment pertinent to mission success, whether on the sea, land or in the air. May monitor communication, detection, or weapons systems during operations. Interprets and evaluates tactical situations, making recommendations to supervisors. May operate weapons targeting, firing, and launch systems whether during combat or peacetime. In addition to their combat training, they have also specialized training in swimming, diving, parachuting, survival, emergency medicine, and foreign languages. Duties include conducting advanced reconnaissance operations and collecting intelligence information; recruiting, training, and equipping friendly forces; conducting raids and invasions on enemy territories; laying and detonating explosives for demolition targets; locating, identifying, defusing, and disposing of ordnance; and operating and maintaining sophisticated communications equipment.

Target salary range:
$110k - $115k . The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Position Summary:

gap analysis, requirements documentation, and system demonstrations/tests. Primary Duties Conduct requirements analysis and capability assessments for reconnaissance and attack aircraft through Joint, Service, JUONS, and nonstandard requirements methodologies. Perform life-cycleDOTMLPF-P
gap and capability analysis through CBA, C-BA, and AoA. Analyze and recommendDOTMLPF-P
adjustments for manned Reconnaissance and Attack aircraft. Support related system demonstrations and tests. Provide detailed analysis on tactical operational employment of Army Aviation Reconnaissance and Attack capabilities to identify operational gaps.Minimum / Preferred
Qualifications Senior or Master rated Aviator. At least fifteen years of flight/combat experience. Attack/reconnaissance aviation operational experience strongly preferred. Experience developing graduate-level white papers, concept papers, and requirements documents. Experience with Joint, Service, JUONS, and nonstandard requirements methodologies preferred.
