$18.00 We are looking for individuals who like to be a part of our Engineering team as a Co Op while attending College. We want those individuals who seek experience in leading, ensuring goals, and communicating on findings. These individuals would be working with our team to ensure customer standards are met while developing their own skill set to become proficient in their field of study. Interested?

Doncasters Structural Castings of Oxford, Southern Tool, is a leading manufacturer of vacuum and air melt investment castings in Nickel and Cobalt based superalloys. Our facility specializes in small to medium sized castings for customers worldwide in aerospace, industrial gas turbine and commercial markets. Some of the products at Southern Tool include, nozzles, heatshields, seal segments, torque bars and many more that keep the world in motion! Southern Tool is one of our larger sites employing around 225 employees, situated in Alabama it is a very commutable and accessible site to reach.

Technical understanding and manual skills:
If you have a strong understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing processes, controls, and have the ability to apply this knowledge in an industry capacity. You must currently be enrolled in a college or university pursuing Process or Mechanical Engineering as your major.
Attention to detail:
Are you able to drive tasks and focus on your goal? Then this may be the role for you.
Problem solving:
if you enjoy taking part in escape room, cracking the code, or completing problem solving board games such as Cluedo, then you have the right skills to excel in this role. By solving problems efficiently, you will keep the world in motion. Ability to work in a team and strong communication: if you are a team player, whether it's on a sports field or conquering board games, then this is the role for you. You will use your teamwork skills and strong communication skills to effectively report the products journey be it through verbal communication or written communication to your colleagues.
