This full-time position offers a competitive salary structure, including a base salary ranging from $36,000 to $42,000 per year , based on experience. With commission opportunities ranging from $10,000 to $60,000+ annually, plus bonuses averaging between $2,000 and $10,000+ , the potential for earning is substantial . Salary Range:

You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License (if not already licensed). Preferred candidate would already be Licensed in Property and Casualty or Personal Lines / have insurance experience but we have a reimbursement program available for getting your license. Familiarity with fundamental computer software and applications. Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment. Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision. Sets ambitious targets and works diligently to surpass them. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment. Responsibilities Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits. Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients. Follow up on warm leads provided by the company. Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns. Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
