Job Description

Blood Bros. BBQ in Bellaire, TX is looking for a Meat Cutter to join our 27 person strong team. We are located on 5425 Bellaire Blvd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged. This is a full-time position with AM shifts Tuesday through Sunday. Podemos hacer entrevistas en Espanol si usted necesita.

The Meat Cutter's primary responsibility will be to cut, slice, weigh, pack, and wrap various meats during our busy lunch service, where we serve sliced meats by the pound and traditional sides. With training, you will eventually be trimming briskets and loading meats. BBQ experience is a plus, but we are willing to train a passionate individual interested in honing a new skill.
