This is a hands-on project management role where you'll guide multidisciplinary teams and shape infrastructure that truly makes an impact. What You'll Be Doing Lead civil/structural projects from concept through completion Design and analyze structures including foundations, steel, concrete, drainage, and site development Oversee project timelines, budgets, and team performance Review calculations, drawings, and technical deliverables Collaborate across disciplines and mentor junior engineers Support field inspections and solve real-world engineering challenges What You Bring Active Texas PE license (required) Strong background in structural design (steel, concrete, timber) Proven ability to lead projects and teams in a fast-paced environment Experience with design calculations, QA/QC, and project coordination Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work on federally related projects (TWIC a plus) If you're looking for a role where you can lead, influence, and grow, this is worth a conversation.
