AM Host/Hostess

## Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. ## Duties

• Greet guests with a welcoming smile and provide excellent customer service
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations ## Experience ###

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests effectively
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest relations
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar reservation systems
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills ###

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in a hotel or guest services environment If you are a team player with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to have you join our team as a Host/Host.
