The Spa at Allenberry — Boiling Springs, PA Experience Wellness Redefined The Spa at Allenberry is seeking a Front Desk Guest Services Associate to serve as the first and last impression of our wellness destination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences through attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism. Our Guest Services team sets the tone for the entire spa. You are not simply answering phones—you are creating a welcoming atmosphere, supporting seamless operations, and ensuring every guest feels cared for from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Hospitality Provide exceptional, personalized guest service at all times Welcome guests warmly and guide them through their spa experience Offer and serve tea, water, and amenities to ensure guest comfort Maintain a calm, positive, and uplifting presence for both guests and staff Conduct spa tours and educate guests on services and wellness offerings Scheduling & Front Desk Operations Answer incoming calls professionally and collect accurate guest information Schedule, modify, and manage appointments using the Vagaro booking system Check guests in and out efficiently using multiple operating systems Accurately process payments, memberships, packages, and retail purchases Organize daily schedules and assign spa treatment rooms accordingly Operational Support Assist with opening and closing procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and spa areas Run and manage laundry to ensure treatment rooms remain fully stocked Support the operation of wellness equipment when needed (training provided) Communicate clearly with providers and leadership to ensure smooth daily flow Team Culture & Environment Help set the emotional tone of the spa through professionalism and positivity Support team morale and contribute to a collaborative, respectful workplace Remain calm, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Thrives while multitasking in a fast-paced environment Naturally maintains a positive, welcoming attitude Has strong communication and organizational skills Is detail-oriented and proactive Is comfortable learning new systems and technology Takes pride in providing top-tier guest service Maintains professionalism, reliability, and accountability Experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or guest services is preferred, but not required.
