• Full-time Position Summary The AM Line Cook is responsible for the preparation, setup, and execution of the AM Pantry/Cold Station.

This position plays a vital role in producing high-quality cold food items for breakfast and lunch service, while also assisting with prep for large parties, banquets, and special events during downtime. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining excellent sanitation and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and set up the AM Pantry/Cold Station prior to service Produce cold food items including salads, dressings, cold sauces, fruit displays, sandwiches, and plated cold appetizers Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and consistency of all items Assist with prep work for large parties, banquets, and special events as needed Maintain adequate par levels and communicate prep needs to supervisors Properly label, date, rotate, and store all food products following FIFO procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Support other kitchen stations when necessary Qualifications Previous pantry, cold station, or prep cook experience preferred Basic knife skills and understanding of cold food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions Schedule Morning shifts with flexibility based on business needs Weekends required Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Full benefits package including: Paid Holidays Vacation Pay Sick Pay Health Insurance (medical, vision, and dental options) 401(k) with company percentage match Paid ACF Dues after 1 year of employment Continuing Education Opportunities
