Purpose:

Set the tone for safety, productivity, and teamwork while inspiring your crew to exceed expectations. Own the

Flow:

Assign, monitor, and optimize daily operations—from receiving and replenishment to putaway and cleanup.

Think Fast:

Make quick, smart decisions in a fast-paced environment to keep things moving.

Train & Develop:

Equip your team with the skills they need to succeed, including forklift and RF scanner training.

Drive Results:

Monitor KPIs, enforce standards, and champion continuous improvement through LEAN practices like 5S and Gemba.

Protect & Prevent:

Ensure procedures are followed to prevent damage, theft, and maintain a safe workplace. What You Bring Knowledge of warehouse operations and quality control. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain attention to detail. Experience supervising 10+ employees in a fast-paced environment. Education & Experience:

High School Diploma and 2 years in a distribution center OR 1 year supervising a team.
