Compensation:

You'll earn based on collections with a daily guarantee as you settle into your role. As your patient base grows, your earnings do too—with no ceiling on what you can achieve.

Qualifications:

Ability to delegate tasks effectively Proactively manage performance expectations Prioritization of competing commitments and initiatives Ability to manage up, across and down effectively Strong verbal and written communication Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine State license and malpractice insurance Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care
