This position provides hands-on exposure to warehouse tasks, route coordination, and delivery operations in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and organizing packages in both the warehouse and delivery vehicle Help arrange delivery routes by placing packages strategically in box trucks for efficient stops Handle physically demanding tasks, including moving heavy boxes and pallets using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) Work alongside drivers at delivery locations to ensure packages are delivered accurately and securely Deliver friendly and professional customer service by greeting customers and responding to delivery-related questions Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and warehouse procedures Support route navigation to help ensure deliveries are completed on time and safely Qualifications & Experience Prior experience in warehouse or logistics work is a plus but not required Experience with deliveries or driving box trucks is an advantage Proven ability to perform physical work and safely lift heavy items Familiarity with equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks is beneficial; certification is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license; experience with delivery routes or courier/commercial driving is helpful Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle repetitive heavy lifting Join a dedicated team committed to delivery excellence.
