This is not a traditional analyst seat. We're looking for someone who thinks like an analyst, builds like an engineer, and thrives at the intersection of commercial real estate finance and AI powered workflows. If you love building models from scratch, automating the repetitive, and using tools like Claude to supercharge your analytical output, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Financial Analysis & Modeling Build and maintain Excel models: T 12s, rent rolls, proformas, NOI/DSCR summaries, hold/sell analyses Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis and surface anomalies in operating statements Support monthly and quarterly reporting across a mixed portfolio (residential, commercial, mixed use, hospitality) Assist with capital planning, dispositions, and partnership reporting AI & Claude Workflows Serve as the internal AI power user, championing Claude based workflows Build reusable prompts, templates, and prompt libraries for recurring analytical tasks Create AI powered dashboards, automated report drafts, and analytical artifacts Identify new opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve reporting quality through AI Asset & Property Management Support Support non tenant facing asset management operations and operator oversight Track KPIs across properties and prepare concise executive summaries Assist with due diligence for acquisitions, refinancings, and development proformas Coordinate with third party property managers to reconcile reporting data Systems & Process Development Help build internal analytical frameworks, templates, and reporting standards Automate repetitive tasks using Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, VBA where applicable) and AI tools Maintain organized data environments for financial and operational records Assist in evaluating and onboarding new technology tools What You Bring Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field Advanced Excel proficiency (dynamic arrays, XLOOKUP, multi tab model architecture) Hands on experience using Claude or similar LLM tools in a professional or project context Strong analytical and written communication skills Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams Strongly Preferred Experience building or maintaining real estate financial models (multifamily, commercial, mixed use) Exposure to Claude Code, Claude API, or building AI powered tools Prior experience in real estate, development, or property management Why Join Bonacio Management You'll be part of a forward thinking team that embraces modern tools, values speed and precision, and is actively building the future of real estate asset management.
