Job Description
Overview The Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics, will support data analysis and reporting efforts that enhance visibility and performance across Crocs' global supply chain. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a data-driven organization. The ideal candidate is curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working with large datasets to uncover insights that support logistics, inventory, and fulfillment operations.
What You'll Do Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data to support business decisions. Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel. Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities across supply chain functions. Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and deliver accurate, timely insights. Document data sources, definitions, and processes to ensure consistency and transparency. Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all deliverables. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a data or analytics role, preferably in supply chain or operations. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Looker. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively. Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment. Exposure to cloud-based data platforms, e.g., Snowflake (preferred) Experience with ETL tools or scripting languages, e.g., Python, Alteryx (preferred) Understanding of supply chain concepts and KPIs (preferred) The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
