About the Clinician's Workday The anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during 8-hour day shifts under a medical supervision model with 1:5 call ratio. The clinician will manage diverse surgical cases including OB/GYN (15%), General/Urology/Ophthalmology/ENT (50%), Orthopedics (30%), Thoracic (2%), and other procedures (3%). The position operates with 10% hands-on work and 90% supervision responsibilities. Board certification is required with credentialing timeframe of 6-12 weeks.
