00 per hour What You'll Do Feed, water, and monitor boarding and hospitalized animals Clean kennels, cages, bedding, and feeding areas Exercise and provide enrichment for boarding pets Assist with basic animal handling and restraint when needed Communicate professionally with clients when needed Observe and report changes in animal behavior or condition Maintain clean and sterile exam rooms and treatment areas Support general hospital cleanliness and supply upkeep Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with treatments and medical procedures Work occasional weekends, holidays, and after-hours on-call shifts Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Animal handling experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working around animals Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Benefits Accrued sick pay based on hours worked Discounted pet care after 60 days Flexible part-time scheduling Opportunity to grow into clinical roles #hc244692
