Aug 31, 2026 Job Description Anticipated Kindergarten Teacher Windham SAU# 95 Windham, NH 2026-2027 School Year The Kindergarten teacher will deliver a developmentally appropriate educational program for students. The classroom teacher is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of students, developing lesson plans that are aligned to the Windham School District curriculum standards, delivering high-quality instruction, analyzing student performance data to improve instruction, working in collaboration with all major school and community stakeholders, and establishing partnerships with parents to reinforce student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor student progress through ongoing data collection and documentation Maintain accurate and timely records of services and student performance Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, addressing questions and concerns
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Salary and Benefits:
In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Windham Education Association
