Our client, a growing company in the manufacturing space, is seeking two detail-oriented Accounts Payable professionals to support a system migration to Microsoft Business Central. This is a great opportunity to join a small, collaborative team and make an immediate impact by helping clear a backlog of AP transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-volume data entry related to Accounts Payable Migrate financial data from multiple systems into Microsoft Business Central Accurately enter and process AP transactions, including invoices and credit card statements Recreate and input historical financial data, including contract and sales invoices Scan and organize supporting documentation (receipts, purchase orders, etc.) Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records during system transition

Qualifications:

Strong Accounts Payable experience High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills EB-1636949494
