10AM-6

PM Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, mail, and in-person inquiries. Schedule and conduct engaging tours of apartments and communities. Ensure compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures. Attend meetings and prepare follow-up documentation as needed. Organize and manage documents, files, and electronic information efficiently and securely. Address resident issues in a timely fashion. Attend and help organize resident events.

Qualifications:

NJ Real Estate Salesperson license, a plus. 3+ years of experience in residential leasing or sales is preferred. A bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and smartphone applications. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on reducing vacancies and maintaining high occupancy rates.
