Your contributions ensure that our operations remain efficient and that our clients receive their flooring products accurately and on time. Responsibilities Coordinate the preparation and staging of material orders to meet strict delivery and pickup timelines. Execute the end-to-end receiving process, including the inspection, labeling, and systematic storage of incoming stock. Optimize warehouse organization by maintaining clean, safe, and accessible storage areas for all palletized goods. Drive operational excellence by reporting inventory discrepancies or product damage to management immediately. Facilitate accurate data entry and documentation to maintain high levels of inventory integrity. Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline workflows and ensure a high-performance environment. Uphold rigorous safety standards to foster a secure and productive workplace for all staff. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent certification. Proven ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials weighing 50+ lbs. Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented data entry. Commitment to reliability and working effectively within a fast-paced team. Preferred Skills 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse or distribution setting. Prior background in the flooring or construction supply industry. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers.
