Duties Greet prospective tenants warmly and conduct engaging property tours to highlight features and amenities Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through application approval Utilize property management software to maintain accurate data entry, lease documentation, and resident records Assist applicants with the application process, including verifying income, conducting background checks, and processing documentation efficiently Promote available units through upselling techniques and effective communication to maximize occupancy rates Coordinate with maintenance teams for property upkeep and address resident concerns promptly to foster positive relationships Requirements Experience in property leasing, sales, or customer service Excellent conflict management skills coupled with effective negotiation abilities to resolve issues amicably Exceptional phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills to build trust with prospective residents Join us in creating a welcoming community where residents feel valued!
