Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for a community in Princess Anne, MD and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing day-to-day leasing activities while providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct apartment tours and present community features to prospective residents Process applications, verifications, and lease paperwork Handle Section 8 documentation and ensure compliance with program guidelines Respond to resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Maintain accurate resident files and records Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals Support overall property operations as needed

Qualifications:

Previous leasing experience required Section 8/Housing Voucher experience is desired but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Professional and customer-service oriented demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation required

Weekly Pay Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
