Apartment Maintenance Technician (onsite)

We are in search of an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a successful company in Gridley, CA! This position requires the ability to thrive in a busy workplace & work independently. This position comes with an on-site 1-bedroom unit after 90 days.

Job Requirements:

Maintain cleanliness of property grounds daily. Ensure exterior curb appeal of the community and cleanliness of grounds. Perform maintenance inspections and repairs on vacant units to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance upon move-in. Resolve light electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs in a responsible and timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service to residents. Maintain inventory of all property owned equipment and tools used daily.

Job Qualifications:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass a drug and background screening Must have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation Be a self-starter and have willingness to take direction Please apply and call or text
